Delivery Terms

Due to Covid-19 circumstances, our delivery partner may change to ensure the safety of their staff. You will still receive your package as soon as possible.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once shipped, actual delivery date is up to the actual shipper, and in no way under our control. We delivers your orders to anywhere in the world, excluding P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Times

Orders received that are in-stock will be ready for shipping out within three to five business days. Customers will be informed via email once their orders have been shipped. We do not ship out on weekends.

Item Tracking

When shipped, orders can take several hours to update with tracking information. You will be able to track your orders 24/7 with the tracking links in your account or in your shipment notification message.

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it!

Shipping cost borne by buyer / customer and will differ based on weights and shipping address.

Please confirm the delivery address and do contact us immediately if there are any changes for shipping.  No changes are allowed once the item(s) is/are shipped out.

Unexpected Delays

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation
