Important Notice for International Orders
NOTICE: To help ensure smooth customs clearance, please make sure that the full name provided with your order matches the name on your national identity card or passport. Discrepancies may result in delays, additional verification, or customs issues for which we are not responsible.
This item is currently on backorder and is unavailable for immediate shipment. Once the item is back in stock, we will process and ship your order without delay. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Processing Times
All orders are shipped from Singapore. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Important Notice: We only process and ship parcels on workdays (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available workday.
Note: Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and is different from shipping time, which depends on the carrier and delivery location.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Lead-time
It varies by location and carrier service. During checkout, you will have the option to select a shipping method for your order and the estimated transit time will be displayed if available. These are estimates and we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
The transit estimate does not include order processing time.
Once an order is shipped, the actual delivery date is determined solely by the carrier and is beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our influence, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
We offer worldwide shipping; however, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or other non-standard delivery locations.
International Delivery Lead Time
International shipping may take longer due to customs clearance and local delivery procedures. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
As a result, the delivery estimates we provide are generally more accurate for domestic (Singapore) orders and may be less predictable for international shipments. We appreciate your understanding and patience in the event of delays beyond our control.
Item Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (or your preferred contact method) to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it!

Shipping cost borne by buyer / customer and will differ based on weights and shipping address.
Please confirm the delivery address and do contact us immediately if there are any changes for shipping. No changes are allowed once the item(s) is/are shipped out.
Import Taxes & Duties
Please note that any import taxes, customs duties, or related fees incurred upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and may vary based on local regulations.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order, as we are unable to predict or control these costs.
Orders returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to accept delivery may not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping fees and any additional return costs will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
Damage or Lost Items During Transit
We take great care in securely packaging your orders to minimize the risk of damage or loss during transit. However, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or lost, please contact the shipping courier directly as soon as possible to initiate a claim.
Please note: We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the order has been handed over to the courier.
Unexpected Delays
Please be aware that delivery times for international shipments may be longer than usual due to the extended distances involved. Additionally, during major sales events or promotional campaigns, increased order volumes may cause temporary delays in processing and delivery.
Delays can occur for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:

Peak shopping periods with high order volumes
Please note that public holidays and weekends are not considered business days and should be factored into estimated delivery times.
We regret that we do not offer reimbursement for shipping charges in the event of delays caused by any of the above factors.
