COVID-19 update

Due to Covid-19 circumstances, our delivery partner may change to ensure the safety of their staff. You will still receive your package as soon as possible.

Processing Times

All the items will be shipped out from Singapore

Orders received that are in-stock will be ready for shipping out within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Customers will be informed via email once their orders have been shipped. We do not ship out on weekends.

Note: Processing time is different from Shipping time

Delivery Leadtime 

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once shipped, actual delivery date is up to the actual shipper, and in no way under our control. We delivers your orders to anywhere in the world, excluding P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses.

International Delivery Leadtime

Shipping times vary greatly depending on the country you live in and therefore the shipping estimates we offer are less reliable than they are for the Singapore.

Item Tracking

When shipped, orders can take several hours to update with tracking information. You will be able to track your orders 24/7 with the tracking links in your account or in your shipment notification message.

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it!

Shipping cost borne by buyer / customer and will differ based on weights and shipping address.

Please confirm the delivery address and do contact us immediately if there are any changes for shipping.  No changes are allowed once the item(s) is/are shipped out.

Import Taxes & Duties

You may also be required to pay a customs tax fee in your country. This fee is not charged by us, it is charged by your country. If you are concerned about the customs tax, please check with your country’s postal system to determine how it may impact you.

Damage or Lost Items during Transit

We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your product is marked as delivered but you did not receive your package, contact your chosen courier ASAP

Unexpected Delays

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
