Return / Refund Exchange

Please ensure your pop-up blocker is turned off before proceeding with payment. Stripe’s fees on the original payment will not be returned in case of a refund.

All goods sold are not returnable or refundable.

All made-to-order customized design / personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Upon design sign-off, they are considered final.

What if my parcel is delivered but I didn’t receive anything?:

If you notice that the tracking status is delivered but there is nothing delivered.

Check your mailbox, sometimes the courier will leave the parcel inside.

Please inform us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will contact the shipping company to investigate. Claims will not apply after the 7 days.

Exchange Policy:

Products can only be exchanged if design does not match design proof.

Exchange can only be made upon presenting receipt of original product.

Please request for exchange by emailing us within 7 days from the day order is received.

You have to include the following details in the email:

Name

Contact Number

Order number

Product to exchange

Reason for return with Photo Attached

We will contact you within 3 working days for further instructions once your request is received.

Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags attached. Exchanged items must be returned in their original packaging in undamaged condition.

Exchange will not be allowed without original packaging. Damaged, dirty or used item will not be accepted.
