All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery.

  • Your order may take a longer time to process in the event of insufficient stock, purchases by bulk or orders that require customization.
  • The delivery time frame stated on the web is solely for reference.

Self-Collection
If you would like to opt for self collection, please email ourarch@singnet.com.sg or contact us at (65) 6475 7980 to check stock availability and make arrangements first.

Our operating hours are as follows:-

Monday to Friday
9am to 6 pm
Closed on Sat, Sunday and Public Holiday

If you have not made payment online, please prepare enough cash for self-collection. We do not have Credit Card or NETS facility.

We will not be responsible if the product(s) is damaged upon arrival due to deliver mishandling.

We will not be responsible if item is lost/non-delivered/damaged due to courier service company’s negligence.

All items have NO WARRANTY.
